This Return & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines on returns, replacements, and refunds for all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order on www.testdly.com, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. We encourage our valued customers to carefully read this policy before making a purchase so that you are fully aware of your rights and obligations.


1. Nature of Products

At TestDly.com, we sell two categories of products:

  1. Digital Products
    • Online quizzes
    • Downloadable educational charts
    • Digital study materials and e-papers
    • Printable ID card templates
  2. Physical (Hard Copy) Products
    • Printed educational charts
    • Printed exam papers
    • Customized ID cards (delivered by post)
    • Other hard copy educational resources

The return and refund rules may vary depending on whether you purchased a digital product or a hard copy product.


2. Return Policy for Digital Products

Digital products are delivered instantly via download links, email, or online access. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been successfully delivered.

However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • If the file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be accessed.
  • If you receive the wrong product (for example, you ordered a quiz for Class 7 but received Class 5).
  • If there was a technical error in payment processing resulting in duplicate charges.

In such cases, you may contact us within 48 hours of purchase at contact@testdly.com, and our support team will verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will either:

  • Send you the correct file, or
  • Provide a store credit/refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Policy for Hard Copy Products

We take great care in printing, packaging, and shipping physical products. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during delivery.

Eligible Returns:

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong item compared to your order.
  • There is a printing defect or quality issue.

Conditions for Return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (except in cases of damage/defect).
  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect/damage must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized products such as personalized ID cards cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be accepted for return.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed depending on the type of product:

  • Digital Products: If eligible, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Hard Copy Products: If approved for return, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are typically made to the original payment method. In some cases, we may offer store credit for future purchases.


5. Exchange Policy

Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Wrong class/grade study material delivered
  • Damaged or defective product

We will ship the correct product once the original item is returned and inspected. For digital items, the corrected version will be delivered via email.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Orders cannot be canceled once the payment is confirmed, as files are delivered instantly.
  • Hard Copy Products: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damage/defect), TestDly.com will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If you wish to return the item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Supporting photos/screenshots (if applicable)

  • Refund approval is at the discretion of TestDly.com after verifying the claim.
